Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any products from Easy Room. By placing an order or accessing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not make a purchase.

1. About Us

Easy Room is operated by PE Oleksandr Khudekovskyi, a sole trader (ФОП) registered in Ukraine.

Our products are digital interior design capsules — professionally curated PDF documents containing room design concepts, colour palettes, furniture recommendations, decor suggestions, and shopping lists.

2. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments on our website are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, UK, and Paddle.com Inc., USA) or other 3rd party distirbution platform. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is the legal seller of our products to you.

This means:

  • The charge on your bank or card statement will appear as "Paddle.com" or "Paddle.net" — not as "Easy Room"

  • Paddle is responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes, including EU VAT, UK VAT, and other sales taxes worldwide

  • Paddle's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (available at paddle.com/legal) also apply to your purchase

  • For billing queries, VAT invoices, or payment receipts, please contact Paddle directly using the details in your order confirmation email

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as presented at checkout. Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase.

3. Our Products

Easy Room design capsules are digital products delivered as PDF files. Each capsule contains:

 

  • Complete room or zone design concepts in multiple styles

  • Colour palette recommendations

  • Furniture and decor suggestions

  • Shopping lists with product recommendations

Product descriptions, including the number of rooms, styles, and content included, are clearly stated on the relevant product page. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or discontinue products at any time. If a product you have already purchased is updated, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with the updated version.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are recommended retail prices. The final price you pay, including any applicable taxes (VAT or other), will be calculated and displayed by Paddle at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, Paddle will automatically send your download link to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is instant in most cases, and should occur within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder

  • Check that the email address you entered at checkout was correct

  • Contact us at hello@easyroom.guide with your order number and we will assist you

There is no physical shipping. Easy Room products are digital files only.

6. Licence — How You May Use Our Products

When you purchase an Easy Room design capsule, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal interior design purposes. You are not purchasing ownership of the content, the designs, or any intellectual property within the files.

6.1 What You CAN Do

  • Use the designs to plan and implement your own personal living space

  • Print the PDF for your own personal reference

  • Share the designs with contractors, builders, or decorators working on your personal property

  • Reference the designs for a single private residential project

6.2 What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the PDF or its contents to any third party

  • Share the PDF file publicly, online, or via file-sharing platforms

  • Use the designs commercially — for example, to design spaces for clients, in rental properties operated as a business, or in any professional capacity — without our prior written permission

  • Reproduce, copy, or adapt the designs to create derivative products for sale

  • Remove or alter any branding, watermarks, or copyright notices within the files

  • Claim the designs as your own work

If you are an interior designer, property developer, or other professional wishing to use our capsules in a commercial context, please contact us at hello@easyroom.guide to discuss a commercial licence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within Easy Room design capsules — including but not limited to design concepts, layouts, colour schemes, text, illustrations, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PE Oleksandr Khudekovskyi and is protected by copyright law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your licence to use the content is limited strictly to what is described in Section 6 above.

8. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Easy Room sells digital content that is made available immediately upon purchase.

Important notice regarding your right of withdrawal:


Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m), you acknowledge that by completing your purchase and beginning to download your product, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and confirm that you understand you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

​

This means we are unable to offer refunds once your download link has been accessed, except in the following circumstances:

  • The product is materially not as described on the product page

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened despite following reasonable troubleshooting steps

  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate billing)

If you experience any of these issues, contact us at hello@easyroom.guide within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate promptly and work to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund processed through Paddle.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are made in bad faith, or where the product has been downloaded and used.

9. Prohibited Use of Our Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or user data

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data from our website

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website's operation

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our design capsules are provided for informational and inspirational purposes. While our designs are created by experienced interior design professionals, we cannot guarantee that:

  • Every product or item listed in our shopping recommendations will be available at the time of your purchase

  • Prices of third-party products listed in our capsules will remain accurate

  • The designs will suit every individual taste, space configuration, or structural constraint

 

We are not responsible for:

  • The cost, quality, or availability of any third-party products mentioned in our capsules

  • Any decisions you make based on the design recommendations

  • Any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use our products, except where such loss is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Third-Party Links and Products

Our design capsules and website may reference or link to third-party retailers, brands, or products (for example, furniture stores or decor shops). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third-party websites or products, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices.

The inclusion of a product or retailer in our capsules does not constitute an endorsement or commercial relationship, unless explicitly stated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes that affect existing customers, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law, as the law of the country in which our business is registered.

However, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as an EU consumer.
